Nature of delivery
TruthPathMS does not ship any physical goods. Everything you purchase — the full Honest Scorecard, your program matches, ROI breakdown, and risk analysis — is delivered digitally and instantly through your web browser.
When you get access
Access is granted immediately after a successful payment — typically within a few seconds. On successful payment you'll see:
— your full scorecard unlocked in the browser, right on the page you paid from,
— a personal access link (also called a magic link) that lets you return to your scorecard any time, from any device, without creating an account, and
— a downloadable PDF copy of your report, available on demand from the unlocked page.
Email copy
Where email delivery is enabled, we also send your personal access link to the email address you provided, as a backup copy. The on-screen link is always the primary and most reliable way to access your report — the email is a convenience, not a requirement.
If delivery fails
If your payment is successful but the scorecard does not unlock due to a technical issue on our end, email hello@truthpathms.com with your payment reference and the email used at checkout. We'll restore access or issue a refund — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
No physical shipping
Since nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses required, and no shipping timelines to track. Access is tied to your personal link and the plan you purchased, not to a physical delivery address.
